I telephoned to schedule an oil change plus a transmission flush/filter change. The next day, their automated notification system sent me an email reminder that I was scheduled for a cooling syst transmission flush/filter change. The next day, their automated notification system sent me an email reminder that I was scheduled for a cooling system flush, even though I had wanted a transmission flush. So I had to telephone again to get my order changed from cooling system to transmission flush. I asked the guy how much the transmission flush would cost. He quoted around $400. When I arrived for service at the dealership, they said the transmission service would be over $700. When I asked about the $300 increase, she said it was because of the filter change. I canceled and will never return to them. The entire experience felt like a chluster f@&@ More

I do not like having a service arbitrarily charged without asking me if I want it. I especially do not appreciate or like having the cooling and oil seals replaced for $1400 and then Dodge is replacin without asking me if I want it.
