This is the worst service dept I have ever used for my vehicle. I dropped my car off for an oil change and when I picked up the car it had paint damage on the rear of the car. Way too expensive for repairs and they pile on work not necessary. You go in with an engine light on stand by for a $2,000.00 repair. Mine had CAM sensor replacement. Appointment was at 8am for an oil change. When I picked up my car at 5pm it took them 15 minutes to figure out it was not done. I waited another 15 minutes for it to be done. Dealer canceled my routine service appointment which I had made 2 weeks ago 18 hours before the scheduled service. Service was routine oil change etc. which would take no more than 1 hour.
