Original computer analysis diagnosed most existing problems. I was contacted & advised on issues & recommended repairs by Cust. Serv. rep, & before repairs were started. Everyone was very nice, helpful, & patient, & my car was available to pick up when promised. I encountered an issue with low transmission fluid, upon pickup, & a mechanic did a brief test drive, added transmission fluid, then another test drive to assure vehicle was safe to drive. Transmission flush was further recommended to me. Car was not detailed, even a little, & a dirty paper floor protector was still on the floor. I paid almost $4K cash for my repairs, so I was a bit disappointed in the lack of the 'finishing up' details. Everything else was good. Car seems to be running well, since repaired. More
