No call back when I requested to talk to tech about my vehicle, asked if I had warranty left since I bought the Truck there , she said she didn’t know she had to talk to her manager and never got back to vehicle, asked if I had warranty left since I bought the Truck there , she said she didn’t know she had to talk to her manager and never got back to me about that , Tech never called me back. I have a service contract for oil changes. Everytime I get service done they seem to pretend that I don't have a contract. This seems like a scam to pull on anyone that isn't paying attention Everytime I get service done they seem to pretend that I don't have a contract. This seems like a scam to pull on anyone that isn't paying attention or isn't willing to tell them no. Ever since the new owners took over this dealership has gone seriously downhill. Once my contract is up I will not be back. I've brought hundreds of thousands of dollars to this dealership over the years. I'll be traveling out of town for my next Chevrolet or Nissan. More

They went the extra mile to get me going, after my key fob battery went dead and my car would't start after they had all ready serviced it. They trouble shot the problem and replaced the battery, and didn fob battery went dead and my car would't start after they had all ready serviced it.
