The service department was friendly, helpful and willing to accommodate my busy schedule. They got my vehicle in on time, followed up with a call to discuss the problem and cost to repair and once authorize to accommodate my busy schedule. I’m giving a four-star instead of five-star, only because the one call I feel was not made was the one to confirm my vehicle would not be ready. The service advisor set expectations the parts may be late and the repair would be delayed, but also agreed to call me with a status update on the day the vehicle was expected back. That fid not happen until the vehicle was repaired a day or two later when i was no longer able to pick it up for an extended period of time. Otherwise, this was a good first experience with this dealer. More

I have been taking my car there for 10 years. I have always had great service. Yet this last year you have had high turnover. Pretty much anyone who helped me before is not there. Service dept found the problem quickly with our Equinox and solved it even though they were super busy and short on staff. We were out of town and really appreciated the help. Then they also fit in our dau and solved it even though they were super busy and short on staff. We were out of town and really appreciated the help. Worst experience 3 times in a row. Very unorganized, rude, and didn’t do the work that was promised. I have bought a few cars from this dealership. I never feel welcomed by the repairs crew at this center. They always look unhappy. Also, this visit was expensive! $145 for an oil and filter change is outrageous!
