The cost went up significantly for my regular oil change and they did not notify me in advance. The woman at the counter was rude to my husband and not helpful. I did not get a printout of the checks that w and they did not notify me in advance. The woman at the counter was rude to my husband and not helpful. I did not get a printout of the checks that were completed such as fluids, tires, etc because they said their printer wasn’t working. They said my tires were great but we know they need to be replaced. This leads us to believe the checks weren’t actually completed. They did not give us the discount for law enforcement that we typically get. The service at this location has been declining over the last 3 years. Our first experience was both affordable and welcoming and now it is overpriced and disgruntled. We are made to feel as though we are inconveniencing them when we are there. It was overall a bad experience and we will be looking for a new service department. More

Every time I go in there for a problem with the DEF system on my truck they try to charge me ! When it was sold with a 3 tear 100000 mile warranty.. they change the warranty rules ever time I'm in ther system on my truck they try to charge me ! Service counter is incompetent, techs are incompetent, I will never take my truck there again !!! Worst dealership Ever !!! More
