Horrible I have never had a worse experience ever buying a car! They were rude and dishonest. They had the only Murano in the entire Northwest with the color I have never had a worse experience ever buying a car! They were rude and dishonest. They had the only Murano in the entire Northwest with the color combination I wanted. I ended up walking out and then bought it 2 weeks later just because I couldn't find one I liked as well. The are a rip off as I paid extra for a "leather protector" on the seats and a scotch-guard on the carpet as well as a paint sealant. It was a joke as I took it back to get a stain off the carpet and they said they couldn't get it out. Even though it was supposed to be guaranteed. Don't waste your money as I don't believe that they sprayed it with anything, After I left I ended up getting the stain out myself. Each and every time I went in they had an attitude! I would rate them a negative 5 if there was one!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
