Very unsatisfied with this visit. Had a 9 am appt.Left Very unsatisfied with this visit. Had a 9 am appt. Left vehicle. Called at 12:30 to check. Was lied to by the girl, who told me that my car was being Very unsatisfied with this visit. Had a 9 am appt. Left vehicle. Called at 12:30 to check. Was lied to by the girl, who told me that my car was being "worked on". We came to the shop at 3:15 pm and discovered that the work had not even been started! So we sat in the waiting room for an hour plus until they finished. We spoke to Jerry (who sold us the vehicle) who can verify this story. More

Wow, Chev of Walla Walla service team saved my vacation. They got me in on a Friday with a weird engine throttling problem (diesel) seemingly related to emissions software.
