Worst experience 3 times in a row. Very unorganized, rude, and didn’t do the work that was promised. I have bought a few cars from this dealership. I never feel welcomed by the repairs crew at this center. They always look unhappy. Also, this visit was expensive! $145 for an oil and filter change is outrageous! I have a service contract for oil changes. Everytime I get service done they seem to pretend that I don't have a contract. This seems like a scam to pull on anyone that isn't paying attention Everytime I get service done they seem to pretend that I don't have a contract. Once my contract is up I will not be back. I've brought hundreds of thousands of dollars to this dealership over the years. I'll be traveling out of town for my next Chevrolet or Nissan. More
