It doesn’t seem like the service manager is motivated to fix my 2020 Silverado. The factory GPS does not work and it hadn’t in four months. She even stated she’s having trouble with hers. The vehicle was in the shop for 3 weeks. I received a call explaining the technician broke an additional part trying to make repairs at the 2 week mark. I received another call 2-3 days befo I received a call explaining the technician broke an additional part trying to make repairs at the 2 week mark. I received another call 2-3 days before the vehicle was done offering a rental car. The service department waited 2 1/2 weeks before making this offer. I was then told they would provide a discount. When we paid for the repairs we were told “10% is the highest my computer will allow.” We received roughly $100 off a $1700 bill. After all of this, the issue we brought it in for has not been fixed. Jose and the finance lady (I am so sorry I forgot her name!) did everything possible to make sure I got my dream car! I’m sure it wasn’t easy but I’m super happy.
