I am writing this attaboy to thank Eric Connick for the above and beyond support and professionalism he showed my kids in their purchase of their new truck. He is a soldier stationed at Fort Wainwright in above and beyond support and professionalism he showed my kids in their purchase of their new truck. He is a soldier stationed at Fort Wainwright in Fairbanks Alaska. He was unable to journey to Anchorage and Eric was able to accomplish everything over the phone and internet. Upon our arrival at Chevrolet of South Anchorage Sean Fouts intoduced himself and actually listened to what we were looking for and showed us what they had that matched our needs. He was very honest and did not waist our time trying to sell us something that we were not interested in. Sean took us for a test drive and we decided we needed to go home to check our finances first and he understood and was not pushy. We returned the next day and told Sean what we expected in payments with our trade-in and they met all of our requirements. Sean made it a very pleasant experience and we certainly got everything we wanted plus some. We will recommend Sean Fouts to any of our friends and/or acquaintances looking to buy a car/truck. We are in love with our new Equinox. More
My car was totaled out about a week ago so I began shopping for a new vehicle.. Chevy was the third place I stopped at and by far the best. Sean was amazingly knowledgable, insanely enthusiastic, and an all around professional. I have yet to make a decision on which car I would like to buy (insurance is dragging their feet) but I would definitely purchase from Sean. This was a great experience. More

I would say this is a horrible place altogether. Im still having problems with a brand new car I bought here. They kept it in the shop 35 days to "repair" with no loaner car. The only person who had a backbo having problems with a brand new car I bought here. They kept it in the shop 35 days to "repair" with no loaner car. The only person who had a backbone enough to call back was Shane. But regardless it took them over a month and I had to buy a new car. Also, they didn't even have the updated software for my car to fix it - so why are the even selling this car?!! The managers are a joke and scandalous people altogether. I emailed and called them both and was ignored. To not acknowledge a customers concern until they file with the BBB is completely unacceptable business. Litha Chevrolet has been the first, worst and last time I will ever set foot into that place ever again. More

I had transmission issues on my 2007 Chevy Silverado, The vehicle was still under the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the truck. Shane and his crew diagnosed the problem, found a couple of other vehicle was still under the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the truck. Shane and his crew diagnosed the problem, found a couple of other issues, reported those problems, and let me know. They then finished the repairs in less time than they promised and for less money. I have consistently bad interaction with Shane. His belligerent and arrogant demeanor do absolutely nothing for the face of Chevrolet customer service here in Anchorage. I live in Fairbanks and from t belligerent and arrogant demeanor do absolutely nothing for the face of Chevrolet customer service here in Anchorage. I live in Fairbanks and from time to time have to take my Saab to Anchorage for work. Since I have to drive 450 miles to get there I make an effort to communicate to the dealership what date and time I'll be coming to make sure I can get my car looked at with a modicum of timeliness. Every time I speak to the dealership I deal with Shane, who has made each and every visit there an incredible inconvenience. He told me that with 3 weeks advance time they could not guarantee a tech to even look at my car. After driving 900 miles and paying high dealer fees every time I come, I'm shocked at the temerity of mr. Shane to tell a customer no, use the term 'buddy' as a demeaning and pedantic way of marginalizing my requests and ideas, and to terminate calls when confronted with the reality of his flippant rudeness. I did however get treated well by the service manager and Bill Little. And the tech that works on my car is a genius. I hate that a good company is being so poorly represented. This guy must go through some sort of customer service rehab- his behavior is not only unprofessional, its a disgrace! More
This is the 3rd vehicle our family has purchased in the last 9 months. All 3 of them were purchased at the Chevrolet of South Anchorage dealership. We have also used the servie department for our vehicles and are thoroughly happy with the service we have received there as well. Chevrolet of South Anchorage provides an overall wonderful experience for us as customers. We will remain loyal to them. More
