I recently had a bit of a roller coaster experience at this dealership. It started out positively with the initial sales team working on a deal to purchase an older Ford F-250 in great shape at a reasona this dealership. Then things went downhill when the sales team miscommunicated and let the truck be sold out from under me. In stepped Kevin Lewis and Matt Mack. Turns out the sale with the other party fell through and they were eager to make things right. I went to the dealership that evening to meet with Kevin and Matt. Matt and I took the truck for a test drive and I gave it a thorough visual inspection inside, outside and underneath. Matt initiated the paperwork to close the deal and Kevin agreed to my cash offer. I was in and out in a couple of hours. I'm very impressed with the efforts of Kevin and Matt and would highly recommend them as a competent sales team to others in the market for new or used vehicle.
