Today is June 4th and I still haven't heard from Debbie Gootos. I sent her an E-mail same day she posted her reply but no replies yet. I asked them to buy the car back or pay $5000 for the damage they caused so far. I sent her several photos that clearly show all the damage and awful "work" they did. I do have something else to add to my review. Last time I visited their service, I asked them to do the oil change. Usually oil change includes the tire rotation, and also refill of all the fluids. I just noticed my windshield washer fluid is almost empty which means they did not refill anything. Also engine coolant level is OK but could be a bit higher. I hope they did the oil change! At least they charged me for it. So Debbie, is there anything you can say here? Did I write anything that did not happen?
