The Car runs well and still looks Great! Also your Salesman Sean Murphy was very helpful in helping me choose a good car for my budget as well. I went to Chevy 112, and was not happy with the Staff, and deal they tried to sell me. I will Highly recommend you to my friends and anyone who wants to buy a Chevrolet! 2013 corvette convertIble WAS SENT TO SMITHTOWN CHEVY BY GENERAL MOTORS FOR REPAIR OF MY CONVERTIBLE TOP. SMITHTOWN HAD MY VEHICLE FOR OVER 8 WEEKS THEY WERE UNABLE TO REPAIR R WAS SENT TO SMITHTOWN CHEVY BY GENERAL MOTORS FOR REPAIR OF MY CONVERTIBLE TOP. SMITHTOWN HAD MY VEHICLE FOR OVER 8 WEEKS THEY WERE UNABLE TO REPAIR ROOF. THEY HAD TO HAVE AN ENGINEER FROM GENERAL MOTORS TO COME TO FIX IT. THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION FROM SMITHTOWN NOR DID THEY RETURN PHONE CALLS. I ACTUALLY HAD TO HAVE AN ATTORNEY GET INVOLVED TO GET MY VEHICLE FIXED AND RETURNED. MY VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED DURING THE 8 WEEKS AT THE FACILITY WHICH THEY REPAIRED. UPON RETURN THE INSIDE OF THE VEHICLE WAS FILTHY WITH GREASE, IN WHICH I INITIATED A CLAIM IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND SETTLED WITH THEM PRIOR TO HEARING. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE I KNOW. JUST EXTREMELY INCONSIDERATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST. More
Most Painful Service Experiences I have tried to use this service department several times and my wife always asks me why I put myself through the torture every time. The check out pr I have tried to use this service department several times and my wife always asks me why I put myself through the torture every time. The check out process can take up to 45 minutes after you see your car is done and waiting for you outside. The last time I thought I did the right think by making an appointment 2 weeks in advance and dropped my car off. They called at 10 am to confirm they had it and the service I wanted. I called at 2 and it still wasn’t done so I stopped in around 4:30 and it was still in the same spot I left it in that morning. They actually told me the appointment doesn’t matter if you leave the dealership, I should have waiting! I decided to give Chevy 112 a shot and what a completely different experience, they know how to run a service center over there. More

Quick and Easy I walked in and made a deal within 45 mins, I knew what i wanted and James Lyons made sure I walked out of their with no regrets and the car i wanted. Damaged my car and did not fix the initial problem, rude I have never had such a bad experience. Run from this dealership as fast as possible! I brought my Camaro convertible, and asked them to fix the s I have never had such a bad experience. Run from this dealership as fast as possible! I brought my Camaro convertible, and asked them to fix the squeaking noise coming from behind both doors and additional noises coming from the roof/trunk area. The car is 2 years old and Chevrolet 112 wasn't able to fix those LOUD noises for 2 years so I decided to change a dealership. Heidi Schmidt was my "service adviser" and Lucas Feinberg service manager. After some time Heidi called me and told me they scratched my car a little bit. Technician did it but they will fix it. I went to see my car and it was a large scratch, from bumper all the way to the door, fog light scratched, turn signal/reflector too, rubber piece under the bumper, etc. OK, it happens. They took the car to a GM service (according to Heidi) and after a week or so, called me back and told me they did a "GREAT JOB". I asked did they fix the squeaking and other noises, she said yes, it's ready for pickup. I checked my car before picking it up and found: - the WORST paint job I've ever seen, you can tell from a distance it was painted. Reflections were all wrong, distorted, drops everywhere, awful job! - at both sides of the car exterior, behind the doors there was strong, dried glue everywhere, plus scratches. (I have photos) - they did not replace the 3 scratched parts (fog light rubber, turn signal and the rubber part under the bumper). - AND... some of the noises are still present, the reason I came to this dealership. - there was mud and scratches everywhere in the door area, they were kicking the door and speaker with their legs while driving the car. To keep it short, after several visits, many calls, e-mails, including the useless chevrolet customer service that doesn't stand behind their product and their dealers, Heidi and Lucas said they will order those 3 parts and replace them quickly. After more than one month I called them, e-mailed them, reported to chevrolet, and they finally said will order the parts (again). Got a call from some girl/lady and she told me the parts arrived and made me an appointment as well as reserved a loaner. I asked Lucas over the e-mail to assign a different service adviser since Heidi is not reliable and is also not honest. Never told her this personally. In the morning as soon as I arrived, I was waiting in front of some other service adviser, and Lucas came in and started raising his voice: do not disrespect Heidi!!! She is your ONLY option, do not disrespect her, etc.. I said I didn't come to fight, can you fix my car? So instead of wiping the floor with him, I tried to be nice and civilized. Not to mention I was already late for work. Of course Heidi told me there is no loaner available. So I got a rental and wasted another 1/2 hour. A few days later, Heidi called me and said your car is ready for pickup. I asked: so what did you guys do? Did you fix the noises? She said: I don't know, let me ask him (I assume her manager Lucas), after a while, she said: he will ask a technician, but you can pick up the car. What kind of answer is that? They don't know if they fixed it? Sent an e-mail to chevrolet and Lucas again. Lucas replied they found the problem. Went to pick up the car this morning and checked it first: - fog light rubber they scratched is not replaced - rubber under the bumper is not replaced. Called Lucas to see it, and he was surprised how his technician spent a lot of time replacing it but he has no idea why he didn't replace the rubber part. Well that's why I brought the car to Chevrolet of Smithtown. After 1-2 min drive back from the service, ALL the noises I was complaining were still very much present and NONE of it was fixed. My car lost even more value, whoever knows a little about cars will easily see my car had an accident and it was painted (trade in value is down couple of thousands), I lost so many hours trying to fix it at authorized Chevrolet dealership, and I still have the same problem I had before I even came to this scam service/dealership. Unfortunately I got amateurs to work on my car and ruin it even more. Oh, I almost forgot, there's more mud and leg scratches from this last visit. I do have photos and videos of EVERYTHING I mentioned. If anyone has any advice what I can do, please let me know. My advice is RUN and buy a different brand!! More
