I came to test drive a 2017 C43 AMG. It was a lovely car and I was interested, but we just couldn't make the numbers work. I think the hike in interest rates made my budget unrealistic. It was a lovely car and I was interested, but we just couldn't make the numbers work. I think the hike in interest rates made my budget unrealistic. That would be fair, but the attitude of the salesperson fell far short of my expectations. He was rude and dismissive of my budget and once it became clear that the sale would not proceed, he disappeared without word. Very unprofessional. The used car Manager Tom K was nice however, and displayed a courtesy that was befitting the situation. I am glad Mr Hassan did not get my business or his commission here. More
went in for an oil change and was told no availability until december even for non waiting customers. place looked absolutely dead, must have a staffing or retention issue for technicians because thats ju until december even for non waiting customers. place looked absolutely dead, must have a staffing or retention issue for technicians because thats just absurd. Not one person could do an oil change in 6 hours? Went to 112 and was taken in immediately as a walk in. More

I work in a dealership, and have never been treated worse than I was here. I went in because they had a dodge Durango on their website i was interested in. Salesman let me test drive it, put down a $300 depo than I was here. I went in because they had a dodge Durango on their website i was interested in. Salesman let me test drive it, put down a $300 deposit on it, and then two days later texted me and said Never mind, we decided to wholesale the car bc it needs too much work. (PS it was on their website for a month at this point). I said okay no problem please refund me my $300. After 5 days of no activity on my credit card I went down and asked for a manager. Manager said oh we definitely did it for you but let me call accounting to double check. Accounting says no we never did the refund because we are missing the expiration date on the card (which was BS bc I sent a picture of my card but just the numbers, so if they had the card number they obviously had my expiration date as well.) I was told the refund would be done by the end of the day and I angrily left. After returning to my own dealership and speaking with accounting, they said you should have requested a paper receipt saying they did the refund. So I called, asked for the same manager I had spoken to, and requested a paper receipt stating i had gotten my refund be e-mailed to me, to which he replied " I don't appreciate what you are insinuating! You're acting like we are trying to steal your money!" to which i replied, sir I just want proof that my refund is being done. He then starts to say I saw you were wearing your work shirt here what department do you work for this is absolutely unprofessional of you. (LIKE EXCUSE ME??????) After I hung up with the manager, the original salesman texts me and asks what my problem is bc he was called up to see his manager, and proceeds to tell me the refund was processed the original day he texted me (WHICH WAS ALREADY PROVEN TO BE A LIE). I called my fiancé completely upset, so he calls and asks for the same manager. This man APOLOGIZES to my MALE fiancé saying how the salesman was unprofessional and how he will personally make sure the refund gets done and sent to my email. (which it did that evening around 630pm). But what a chauvinistic person. More
