We just purchased a 2023 traverse from smithtown Chevy and Henry Andrade was our salesman. He went above and beyond to get us a great car at a great price. He was very polite and respectful. I came to test drive a 2017 C43 AMG. It was a lovely car and I was interested, but we just couldn't make the numbers work. I think the hike in interest rates made my budget unrealistic. It was a lovely car and I was interested, but we just couldn't make the numbers work. I think the hike in interest rates made my budget unrealistic. That would be fair, but the attitude of the salesperson fell far short of my expectations. He was rude and dismissive of my budget and once it became clear that the sale would not proceed, he disappeared without word. Very unprofessional. The used car Manager Tom K was nice however, and displayed a courtesy that was befitting the situation. I am glad Mr Hassan did not get my business or his commission here. More
