I had my heating core and catalytic converter replaced at 32,000 miles at the dealership and since then experienced engine noise and a lack of power. I took my car back 6 times to have them try to repair the issue that they caused. They told me that they can't repair it since there wasn't any engine lights on. I contact corporate after the second time bringing it to the dealership and they gave me the line of "Each dealership is privately owned and that they don't have any control over them" I drove about 20,000 miles and 7 visits to the dealership and the issue was never fixed. I spent $120 for an engine diagnostic and numerous hours of my time at the dealership. Just recently the engine light came on and I had it read at a local shop. The error code was for the O2 sensor. As I was replacing the sensor I noticed the female end of the wire was broken. The wire was broken during the heating core repair by the dealership. All my engine problems disappeared when I fixed the wire. Corporate did not offer any help during or after my ordeal. They always break something. More

The arrogance and obnoxiousness of the people on the sales floor is duly noted here. Their lack of knowledge of the vehicle is simple ignorance, there is no true customer service through this dealership. Their attitude is if you're not interested in buying now, come back when you are ready. Totally unfriendly. More

From the signing of the lease to the quality of care and service I would give the experience 5 stars. I recently took the Cruze in as the lease expired. I looked in their used vehicle lot and decided to purchase a 2013 BMW 528i. The quality of service was worth less then one star. While the price was fair and the salesman adequate, when I went to pick up the car it was a disaster. No attempt was made to preform a quality check. The detailing of the vehicle was abysmal. It was dirty inside and out with numerous scratches not buffed out. The interior areas such as the center console were stained and dirty. I was told to come back the next day to have the problems rectified. After I left the dealership that night I realized the car had less then a quarter of a tank of gas. I ended up filling it up and paying for it myself. I brought the car back the next day and the new detailing job was just as poor as the first. A total lack of pride and care. I ended up taking the car to Touch of Class car wash down the block, got "The Works" and now the car looks as it should have when it left the dealership. After the cleaning there is also a stain on the windshield we found that cannot be removed. So after I left the dealership I ended up paying out of pocket $32 in gas and $54 to have the car properly cleaned. I don't know what the stain will cost to remove. I'm bring the car to BMW to make sure there were no other obvious issues that a quality check would have found. It was a bad experience. Especially bad for a loyal past customer. I'd buy a Chevrolet again from the dealership in the future but never a used vehicle. The car was literally pushed out the door with zero care to detail. More
Be careful Make sure to read your contract before signing .Bring a lawyer if you can .Make sure to ask what the actual price they are selling the car to you fro Make sure to read your contract before signing .Bring a lawyer if you can .Make sure to ask what the actual price they are selling the car to you fro before rebates and incentives. Double check the financed amount. Also make sure there are no extended type of warranties you didn't ask for. Once you sign they could care less about you, I made a mistake of trusting them. My fault More

Nancy was our salesperson and you couldn't ask for a better salesperson - knowledgeable, low-keyed and very aggressive about providing us with the best possible deal. Sales Mgr. - Joe brought even more to the table and was able to close the deal to our satisfaction. Even when a problem arose, it was dealt with in an efficient, cooperative fashion - to the complete satisfaction of the buyer. Would not hesitate to recommend this dealer and do ask for Nancy. More

We've never even had 1 problem with them, everyone in the service department is nice, friendly and helpful, and the work is done within a very reasonable time, even if we wait there for it to be done. They always answer the phone when we call. More
Ripped off with lease and trade in My story begins with a dilemma I occurred when moving to a new home. I had purchased a Nissan Armada and loved the truck. The problem was that the gas My story begins with a dilemma I occurred when moving to a new home. I had purchased a Nissan Armada and loved the truck. The problem was that the gas mileage was killing me as I moved an additional 40 miles away from work. I looked up the equinox and saw it was decent on mileage. I need a truck as I carry a load of equipment every day. I explained this to the salesmen and spoke of my urgency to save gas mileage. Here's where the problem begins: The Armada a mint condition truck was evaluated by Auto trader and other web based evaluation companies at $14,000. I thought by all the communication I had with the sales men they were offering me $12,000 I thought ok saves me the hassle of selling on my own. As the process progressed I also stated that I had money to put down to differ the upside down 4,000 I was on the Armada. Great lets do a deal... Now the equinox I wanted to purchase has a MSRP of $29,000. When I came back the next day thinking the deal was going be reasonable it certainly wasn't!!! first: The 12,000 dollar value for the Armada went down to $5,000 The Two thousand dollar down payment went from 2, to 5, to 7,000 in order for me to even be close to my number of High 300's a month. Bottom line I was foolish, I trusted that these people were doing the best they could for me and I signed the lease at $512/ month 48 months 15 thousand miles What was I thinking??? I needed a better gas mileage truck, they new it and I felt extremely rushed and pressured to do the deal. I excepted that I was scammed and went on with my business, It was a friend of mine that went into my glove compartment and saw the details of the deal that showed me how bad it really was. Think about this: A lease for a $28,879 car, $7000 down and absorbing a whopping $8,000 on my trade. Problem is the trade numbers are not listed on the paperwork!! Knowing now how foolish I was and how much I was taken for I went to the dealership. Know body wanted anything to do with me!! I would ask for the manager they threw me to a salesmen the managers busy, can I speak to someone in finance? sure The finance lady ( DONT KNOW HER NAME) was so unhelpful stating "im sorry sir but you did sign the deal" $512/ month is just a totally ridiculous number and with all the money I put down???? All that money went into several peoples pockets and the employees that benefitted are certainly very happy I came in the door and needed that truck. More
