Twice you tried to sell me car insurance when I said I was happy with mine. And my deposit was not recorded and you tried to beat me out of another $2500 thank goodness I had my receipt. also my salesman had the day off and I kept getting handed off to whom ever was available and I was scheduled to pick my truck up on that day. Also I asked about accessories and my salesman has yet to get back to me it’s been 6 days now. More

Fast, Fun, Exceptional service the way car buying should be I was in a pickle and needed a car fast. Tuesday night I got home from work and frantically scoured used car sites for a car since I needed one the ne I was in a pickle and needed a car fast. Tuesday night I got home from work and frantically scoured used car sites for a car since I needed one the next day. I found a very well priced 2013 Scion FRS that met all my requirements. Rear wheel drive, manual, reliable, and affordable. While the color wasn't my first pick the price was too good to pass up and it also had a completely spotless carfax. Within 14 hours of finding the car I was in my new-to-me FRS. Oliver Post was a wonderful sales consultant and being a fellow car enthusiast, we had a great time talking about cars. Donna Catapano the finance manager was an absolute joy to work with and I can't thank her enough for helping me get where I wanted to be on a monthly payment and having me leave smiling ear to ear. On top of the exceptional staff and service, I was in and out the dealer enjoying my car in less than 40 min!! The quickest and most fun car buying experience of my life which left me a whole day of getting to drive and enjoy my new car which i should mention was in near perfect condition for a sports car with 50k miles. Buying a car should be a stress free, fun, and memorable experience and Smithtown Chevrolet nailed it!! I will gladly drive from New Jersey to Long Island again to work with the staff here for my next car purchase. More
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I ADVISE EVERYONE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THE SERVICE CENTER AT CHEVROLET OF SMITHTOWN!!!! I am currently dealing with corporate PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I ADVISE EVERYONE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THE SERVICE CENTER AT CHEVROLET OF SMITHTOWN!!!! I am currently dealing with corporate and they are being a great help. I own a 2012 Chevrolet Sonic, I dropped off my vehicle on Wednesday night 01/24/2018 (overnight drop), due to a water pump issue which was covered under special coverage warranty, and I also had a check engine light on. The next morning my service advisor Angela stated that the cause of the check engine light was the vent solenoid and intake air duct clamp. They quoted me at a price of $975 plus oil change and couple extras I said no problem. Angela contacted me a few hours later saying they changed the part but the check engine light came back on and that she couldn't imagine it was a defective part, but she said no worries they would figure it out. I then spoke to their service manager, at this point I'm already annoyed and frustrated, he then states that the new issue is a broken wire above the gas tank then my price increased to $1,045. He insisted that this was the issue. Angela finally called me telling me my car was ready so I left work early to go pick it up, and before I drove off the lot the check engine light is back on now at this point I'm fuming. They claimed they fixed the issue, later that evening I bring the car home and everything seemed fine. The next morning my fiance was on her way to work when she noticed that the engine was smoking. She opened the hood and noticed antifreeze leaking out the water pump they just changed. I called Angela and she told me to bring the car in ASAP so they could see what the issue was. Angela called my fiance later that afternoon telling her not to tell me how much it was going to be until after she had picked up the car. They were trying to charge me another $250 claiming that the t-fitting that connects to the water pump was cracked and they changed it without getting my consent to perform any work on the car or give me a price, this is absolutely maniacal. I am now dealing with my check engine light still on and a loss of $1,045 for a job that is not complete this is ridiculous. I advise everyone to stay away from this dealership or you will be in the same situation as me, a messed up car and speaking to corporate, its just all a hassle. You bring your car to a dealership to have the job done right not half xxx and get the run around. More

James was exceedingly knowledgeable about the vehicle. He immediately determined the model and options I was looking. He was stubborn and steadfast in his dealings with the manager and made sure my concerns were heard. I truly felt like he was on my side. The manager was friendly and polite Delivery today was smooth and effortless. James explained all of the bells and whistles the new car had. The finance manager was as straight as an arrow and allowed me to fully understand the transaction I was entering into. No high pressure sales pitch about after market goodies, just straight forward information to allow me to make an informed and proper decision for my needs. Highly recommend this dealership. More
