Both times I’ve had my vehicle serviced here it’s been a disaster. This dealership is unprofessional and the service is terrible. Last time they were supposed to fill my DEF fluid and didn’t, then they didn disaster. This dealership is unprofessional and the service is terrible. Last time they were supposed to fill my DEF fluid and didn’t, then they didn’t set my tire pressure correctly. This last time they left wires hanging under my dash, took five days with no contact from the advisor till the last day, then charged me $250 for a vehicle that is under warranty! Then when I get my truck it’s filthy. I worked for GM dealerships for 15 years, I don’t know what happened to service. No one greets you when you pull in, the service advisors stay sitting on their fat xxxxx, porters and techs walking around with shirts untucked, on their phones and look unprofessional. I will never be back to this dealership. More

I was fortunate to get the vehicle I desired at an OK price due to factory incentives. However, the sales process takes too long. 5+ hours. Even after everything was nearly complete, I had to wait anothe price due to factory incentives. However, the sales process takes too long. 5+ hours. Even after everything was nearly complete, I had to wait another hour for the full tank of gas. This dealer also adds many extra add-ons that are of little to no value / over priced (paint protection, security tracking etc) at very high prices to boost profits. These are not included in online advertising. They are only selective displayed on site and/or deal sheet. The initial price of the paint protection was more than the maximum coverage provided if you read the fine print. The issuer of the paint protection they apply has very low reviews and poor ratings on claim payouts. I doubt the product was even applied, the dealer prep was lacking. I did a decon wash on the white vehicle soon after purchasing, it took 3 rounds of iron decon before the vehicle stopped turning red (on a new car with less than 25 miles). The security tracking being sold overlaps with GM OnStar ability to track your vehicle. These products are a waste of money. The dealer INSISTS that these products must be included and will not remove them. The sales person was pleasant, but had little experience, and incorrect product knowledge of the vehicle features. He made claims on functionality that were wildly inaccurate and out of left field. When politely questioned, he dug in deeper with further incorrect info. In summary, an average to below average experience. Experience was pretty typical with the general poor reputation of car dealers. A better informed sales staff, less garbage add-ons and a faster transaction would have supported a higher rating. More
