Dominic was excellent, great salesman and very friendly. However, our finance person was not very friendly, especially when she realized we were not moving forward with $3500 worth of dealer added options However, our finance person was not very friendly, especially when she realized we were not moving forward with $3500 worth of dealer added options that were unnecessary to say the least. The vehicle was not properly detailed, with paint needing claybar work the next day. I had to hire a detailer for $500 just to make the vehicle look “like new”. No water bottles available on the sales floor, and the coffee was old and stale, not even a cheap Kurig. Just old gas station coffee pots from the late 90’s. Dominic had to bring us into their employee break room just to get some water after waiting over an hour to sign paperwork for a deal that we already had a check in hand for and was basically written up the day prior.
