This was one of the worst experiences I have had at this dealership. I brought in a diagnostic test that I had gotten from an auto repair store and stated one of my engine sensors was down. Upon further inspection the service team stated that was a non issue and that I needed a new timing chain. So I held out to get my money right. Brought my car back in this week and told them I was ready to get my timing chain replaced and upon further inspection I was told it was the sensor that I had originally came in to get fixed and that the timing chain was fine. Ok fine let’s get it fixed. I was told it would be completed by EOD Monday. By the end of Monday the website had no update and the service person that was assisting me couldn’t even give me a call to say it would need to stay overnight. But I was patient and called the next morning when you guys first opened. He said they were waiting for a part that came in on Tuesday. Ok fine. He then said we will have it ready by 10 am. By 11 am once again no communication. I had to call myself and was notified that my vehicle was perfect now but I was going to have my engine light on until I got a fuel pump part updated to which I asked the service rep how is my car in perfect condition if it still has the engine light on and I’m going to pay more money to get something else fixed. He said it’s ok. To which I responded it is absolutely not ok. I have spent a lot of money in repairs here in order to maintain a vehicle that I would like for the lifetime of the vehicle. Coming to this dealership has become more of a money trap than a quality cart experience. Here I am with a car that has its engine light on and thus not in perfect condition. He said he would call me when the Chevy tech calls him with information on the next part that needs to be fixed. Once again two days later still waiting for a call about this part. This whole experience was extremely frustrating and as a long time patron of this dealership I’m extremely disappointed in the ability of the team to communicate, assess, and repair my vehicle. I expect a call from a service manager because this whole experience was totally unacceptable and I fully anticipate taking my business elsewhere. First inaccurate diagnosis followed up by lack of communication leading to myself being without a vehicle for 30 hours tag teamed with being told my vehicle is in “perfect condition now” when it clearly not is a terrible misrepresentation of what I believe your teams goal of quality service. Most disrespectful to women I have ever seen. Liars on the phone and in their showroom. they change the paperwork at the last minute to up the months on the contract. All they want to do is make sure you don't get up from the desk. they call you and tell you they will pay off the car they screwed you on and then take your car that they said they would pay off and tell you they can only give you half but they can add it on to your next contract. they look for female, military, and try and trap them. They add $3000 dollars to each car they sell for interior and exterior protection. So now it add to you cost and they dont tell you this. They lied so many time during the visit that is really just started to get funny. they match up young salesperson with customers and then bring in the moron that has been ripping people off for years to lie and steal anything he can., They have been reported to the Military bases due to their practices. Beware there are so many real dealerships that are decent compared to this place. I dont understand how they can keep Chevy's name on the building. They have no new cars, only looking to sell you used. Run away , Women beware of these morons. More

Beware of Alex, one of their "salesmen". Management should seek employees who are actually invested in the business of selling vehicles. Part of selling vehicles is follow-through, and Alex had literally zero follow-through. By the time I decided to just call the main number for the dealership to speak with a different representative (three days later, since he kept promising he'd get back to me on various things and I kept believing him), the vehicle was being sold at that very moment that I called. Should you choose to engage with this dealership, I recommend seeking alternative sales representatives. More
They upcharged me for a rust proof coating that was already on the car that they did not advertise and refused to take off the price I should’ve ran right there. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I had such a terrible car buying experience. Also in this day and age who doesn’t do military discount especially in the area you’re in! I’m active duty you couldn’t even take $10 off the price to make your customer feel good? I truly hope no one else buys from this dealership they should be shut down. More
