I was buying a new car for the first time in a decade, literally. The whole process was more stressful than I had anticipated and the going back and forth between several dealerships was an experience in literally. I am not someone who buys a new car every two years and I am not someone who buys the most expensive car on the lot or has to have every bell and whistle on a car. I wanted a reliable car, within my budget at a fair price. I feel like I received that with Grossinger’s and I would do business with them again. I was going back and forth between an Altima and the Malibu. I went into Grossinger’s because my parents had purchased from them more than once in the past and had good things to say. I was fortunate enough to work with Darrick. He was not high pressure, he treated me with respect and I felt like he wanted to make sure I ended up with a car that I was truly happy with. As a side note, I had stopped in to drop off some paperwork a few days after the sale and in the ten minutes I was inside, without my asking, Darrick had already had my car taken through the car wash. I just think that was another example of why he is such a great person to do business with. He had completed the sale days ago, but he still cared about the little things. Through my wavering back and forth, second thoughts about the color and a myriad of other concerns, I had the opportunity to talk with Faraon several times as well. They answered all my questions and made the final decision one I was completely comfortable with; their patience with me was very impressive. In the end, after having gone through the financing process with another dealer a few days earlier, dealing with Fred was the better experience by far. Fred was extremely thorough and made sure that I ended up with a payment I was comfortable with and answered all of my questions completely. He is the consummate “sales guy” and he does try to make the “sale” but he was respectful and I did not feel like he ever lost patience or wouldn’t take “no” for an answer. Are they looking to make a sale and make a profit? Of course. Did I feel like I received a fair deal when I finished signing the papers? Absolutely. Would I recommend Grossinger’s to someone looking to buy a car? Yes, and I would tell them to ask for Darrick. More

Yes I would recommend this dealership to someone else, recommend them to stay the xxxx of way from it. Anybody in their right mind know taxes is not that High. Please stay away from these ungodly, lying, non-trustworthy, dirrespectful, cheating people. It's Car lots like these people who give car lots a bad name and make people weary about buying cars.
