Overall a very good experience. I knew the precise specs I was looking for and unfortunately the exact vehicle was unavailable anywhere in the Chicagoland area right now (I had done my research). Then Darr I was looking for and unfortunately the exact vehicle was unavailable anywhere in the Chicagoland area right now (I had done my research). Then Darrick Triplett went to work on it. He somehow located the vehicle, acquired it, and personally delivered it to the dealership. And he did this quicker than I expected.
