Chevrolet of Palatine responded

Lisa, My General Manager, Brian Weinberg, tried to contact you a few times but was not successful. We’re very disappointed that we were not able to earn your business and most importantly that you left unhappy. As mentioned that Saturday morning, a salesperson came from our city store and took the vehicle downtown to sell it. We share inventory between all our stores. When you asked me why it went downtown I did not have an answer. I again apologize for this incident, but the Grossinger Organization prides itself on being committed to satisfying its customers. This is one of the primary reasons we have been successful for over eighty years. I tried to make a great deal on another vehicle to make up for that. In an effort to eliminate this problem from happening again, we have put a process in place that notifies the Store Manager when a vehicle is to be moved from one location to another. Again, on behalf of Grossinger Chevrolet our utmost sincere apology
