Swifty Magee (because "EASY" was too short of a title.) They seemed really busy, but they had no problem quoting me a time frame for an oil change and then beating it. I asked a few questions about prices o They seemed really busy, but they had no problem quoting me a time frame for an oil change and then beating it. I asked a few questions about prices of services and the young lady took the time to look them up and write them down for me. She always has a nice smile and her appearance, professional. The young man that took my keys actually ran to the car and after the service, (i always check) there was no oil spilled on the engine, and he washed it. It needed it even though i said don't bother. Their service exceeded my expectations. More

He is always respectful, positive and customer focused I can't say enough positive things about my service experience with Service Advisor Pete Nania. He is always respectful, positive and customer focused. If something isn't right (which is rarely the case), he makes certain it gets corrected - and promptly. I have had service experience with Pete for nearly 5 years and have never had a bad experience. Problems may happen, but Pete and the service team at Chevrolet of Naperville will get things fixed. Kudos to mechanic Jason, as well, who often did the work needed on my Chevy Impala. More

Diesel Oil Change and Fuel Filter Change Angus was a pleasant customer service agent. He answered all my questions and calmed my concerns. Especially with my car being a Cruze Diesel model, Angus was a pleasant customer service agent. He answered all my questions and calmed my concerns. Especially with my car being a Cruze Diesel model, my experience tells me a lot of GM agents are unaware of this model and how to care for it. I have had issues with other dealership service providers not living up to GM standards. However Chevrolet of Naperville took good care of me. I feel that the only way to improve on my experience is to make an oil change and fuel filter change a little faster than 3hrs. i was expecting 2. More

Great dealership and service facility I come 20 miles to this service center because I know my car will be taken care of with professionalism. They let me know what's happening with my veh I come 20 miles to this service center because I know my car will be taken care of with professionalism. They let me know what's happening with my vehicle if they discover anything that needs my attention. Which gives me the opportunity to either have them fix it or know that it's something I have to watch. More

Bad car gone good! Kevin Fortman sold me a car that I ended up having issues with. Knowing the kind of salesman he is, I called him and not the service department and h Kevin Fortman sold me a car that I ended up having issues with. They were able to fix the problem still claiming it under partial warranty. I was so pleased. He really sticks by his clients! Quick and easy. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff was extremely helpful and very kind. I was able to sit in the lounge and watch the cubs game wh Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff was extremely helpful and very kind. I was able to sit in the lounge and watch the cubs game while I waited and they ended up finishing it way faster than I expected. I plan on coming back here for all my service needs! More
