They were busy that day but gave me updates. I would definitely take my Equinox back for service. At the completion of service they also gave me a sheet summarizing what remained on my manufacturer's warranty, loved that! More

Come to find out, there was a nail that was too close to the rim for a patch, so a tire replacement was to be purchased. Luckily the model that I needed was one that you had in stock. The service guys you had were very efficient and professional. I had my 85 year old mother with me and they understood what a challenge that posed for me, so they got the job done expediently! The service advisor was informative and honest about timetables. They offered to allow me to view the diagnosed brake pad and rotor wear and quoted recommended services. All was done in a timely manner and within the time frame originally communicated. Additionally, the service manager was available via email to review one of the quotes as a 2nd set of eyes. This service department has improved vastly since 2012 when I first started coming there. More
