Anne Stava-Murray, a Naperville Democrat, comments about "white supremacist , I was ready for the treatment. I had to borrow money to get the car repaired. I am a full fledged Senior Citizen who trusts hardly anyone ESPECIALLY after the service received from where I purchased my car new off the lot. Service. A service consultant by the name of a Pete Nania asked if he could assist me in a very warm friendly tone. I told him what I wanted and everything that was told to me. After putting in all my information Pete looked up at me and said if that is the problem you're still under warranty. I almost cried, as that was not told to me prior. He sat with me later and discussed a few other issues that require service. I got that call today the part was in and schedule the repair date. I thank God for using Pete to calm my spirit and service my Malibu in such away, that I walked away so happy.. The telephone customer service was excellent as well. Naperville Chevy is 100% with me !!!! Thanks Pete This is only for service-Chevy and I have a real issue. More

Uncaring dealer To start my review, i booked an appointment on Sunday for Thursday but stated in the description that “ it’s an emergency so ill be visiting Monday mo To start my review, i booked an appointment on Sunday for Thursday but stated in the description that “ it’s an emergency so ill be visiting Monday morning” to hand in the vehicle so Tuesday morning they start working on it, Tuesday goes by but no peep I call Wednesday morning they said they got the car in the lot but I didn’t feel comfortable with what they said, so I decided to pay them a visit around noon, turns out my vehicle is still in the lot where i left it even the way i left it parked, no need to lie to me over the phone! Just cuz i live downtown Chicago doesn’t mean i cant stop by! then I waited for them to take my car & send it over to chevy, chevy said they got no idea whats wrong they gotta dig through it. Wednesday passes without a peep from either dealerships, i called today (Thursday 27DEC18) & asked whats going on they said they’ll get back to me, took them 4 hours then I called chevy myself to get an update, they said “they got no idea what is wrong with my car probably the same issue as last time”....you don’t know whats wrong with my car & guessing that it could be the same issue as last time? That’s quite convenient to me as a customer, i work in D.C I travel every week or two weeks or so but now I’m forced to stay out of work? My guess would be my car is parked in the lot of the chevy dealership & hasn’t been looked at, & probably won’t be looked at for another week! This is absolutely ridiculous! My vehicles make is GM so chevy takes care of it, so whenever they know my vehicle is coming in, they should make space for my vehicle at the chevy dealership to have my car checked! Now I’m forced to spend hundreds of dollars to go back & forth from D.C to Chicago & new years is around the corner & its hard to find flights!!! This absurd! Even I call just now to Chevy and they say they didnt have chance to look at it yetZ I just want everyone to know what im going through!! More

New vehicle Needed to exchange wheel locks from traded-in 2011 Traverse to a 2019 Traverse. I had forgotten the need to have that done prior to the sale of my old Needed to exchange wheel locks from traded-in 2011 Traverse to a 2019 Traverse. I had forgotten the need to have that done prior to the sale of my older vehicle. Naperville Chevrolet handled the exchange of the wheel locks efficiently and quickly - with a special thanks to "Miko" (not sure of the spelling of his name) who handled the entire problem with ease. He works behind the desk handling service seekers in the service center. More
