Went Above and Beyond After having the worst experience at a dealership we had ever encountered at Rotolo Chevrolet where we were yelled at by a sales manager, we decided t After having the worst experience at a dealership we had ever encountered at Rotolo Chevrolet where we were yelled at by a sales manager, we decided to give Chevrolet one last chance and contacted Carlos Corona at Montebello. We confirmed make and trim availability over the phone, pricing, etc. and he was confident that they would be able to offer what we were asking for. We walked in the doors just before closing on a Sunday night and the experience with Montebello was a day and night difference from the 2 prior Chevrolet dealerships we had visited that day. The employees were friendly and Carlos went above and beyond for us. He knew every feature of the Volt and ones we didn't even know about, he also was thorough going over it. He was familiar with their incentives, rebates, etc- something the other dealerships never even mentioned. Every question we had either about the car or the financing he was able to answer confidently. We got the pricing and the car we had sought out for. We were in and out and we really appreciated Carlos for staying late for us. If you want to get the best deal, excellent customer service, and honest business practice with no suprises- go to Carlos Corona at Montebello. I wish we had gone there first instead of the other dealerships. Without Carlos and our great experience at Montebello, we would have never stepped foot on another Chevrolet dealership again. Mitchell of Montebello disrespected our time I called to make an appointment to test drive at Chevrolet Montebello in an hour. Mitchell answers the phone and he says that the car would be ready w I called to make an appointment to test drive at Chevrolet Montebello in an hour. Mitchell answers the phone and he says that the car would be ready when we get there. So far so good. We arrive and find Mitchell. Mitchell tells us they will bring out the car and then he disappears. So we wait in the lobby. 5 minutes pass. 10 minutes pass. No sign of Mitchell. My wife and I are wondering what is the hold up. 15 minutes pass. We ask the front desk person to page Mitchell. The front desk guy pages Mitchell over the loudspeaker. We still wait. 20 minutes pass. xxx?? At this point, we're really annoyed and started calling other dealerships. 25 minutes pass and still no sign of Mitchell. After 30 minutes pass, Mitchell finally appears but walks around with another customer. When I asked him what was going on with our test drive, he comes up with a lame excuse. I ended up asking somebody else to help test drive the car. Mitchell completely disrespected and wasted our time and didn't even bother to tell us what was going on. AVOID MITCHELL. HE IS FULL OF IT More
