STAY FAR AWAY. & I CANT STRESS ENOUGH . Me and my husband we purchased 3,5 weeks ago BRAND NEW Chevrolet Silverado 2022. At the first when we purchased car Ga & I CANT STRESS ENOUGH . Me and my husband we purchased 3,5 weeks ago BRAND NEW Chevrolet Silverado 2022. At the first when we purchased car Gabriella add 2600$ over to our car price and loan , thanks God that I Realize it! AFTER 3 days this car broke, check engine light comes on. Righ after we go back to Milford and let them know that is problem with. This was Saturday and they told us that sensor was broken and by Tuesday( on 3 days ) we can pick up car . TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY….. Nobody called us . On Friday they called and said that car is ready. After we picked up car my husband drive 10 miles away from dealership and check engine light comes on again🤬🤬🤬🤬 We get back to dealership they said they don’t know what is going on with a car and they need it on service again from Saturday to Tuesday, they will LET US KNOW FOR SURE IF THEY CAN FIXED CAR .OR THEY WILL GAVE US BRAND NEW THE SAME CAR ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ ON THURSDAY THEY CALLED AND SAID THAT ITS PROBLEM WITH COMPUTER AND THEY NEED TO CHANGE IT , but they don’t know when they will get a part It’s almost 2 weeks from last time , NO CAR , NO APOLOGIES, NOTHING! Yesterday they called me and said that they don’t know when part will be there and gave me options, Trade in this car loose my money and take another car ! IT IS TERRIBLE! The MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! We already contact with lawyer.WE WILL GO THRU THE COURT! Please keep away from CHEVROLET OF MILFORD ❗️❗️❗️❗️ More

Stay away from this place, nothing but false promises. My wife was in talks with a Sales associate named Art who basically just lied to her the whole way through. We started blind negotiations (as we hadn My wife was in talks with a Sales associate named Art who basically just lied to her the whole way through. We started blind negotiations (as we hadn’t seen the truck yet) and came to an agreement amicable for both sides. All we had to do was go down to Milford and drive the truck. Art wanted us to go down the same day and test drive the truck but we live over an hour away so we could not. We asked Art to put down a deposit to hold the car and he stated that dealership does not do that. Seeing as this was my wife’s dream truck Art stated he could drive the truck up to us to test drive, which we were excited about. The next day Art stated that he would not be driving the truck up to us as “something came up” he stated that he would send the truck into the repair shop to have a couple of blemishes buffed out and to have the truck detailed. He stated since it was not on the lot and no one could see it so it would not be sold and it would be ready for us on Saturday. We contacted Art on Friday to make sure we were all set for Saturday’s purchase. Art assured us the truck was all set and ready to go for us. Saturday we get up ready to make our hour trip an Art emails us (not even a call) and states that the truck was sold to a returning customer who had saw the truck on Thursday afternoon. Basically Art strung my wife along with deceitful promises and lies and then pulled the carpet right from under her on her dream truck. Art is the epitome of a bad car salesman and the reason soo many other get a bad rep. With Art employed as part of their staff it’s no wonder why this Milford Chevrolet has a 2 1/2 star rating on yelp and many other platforms. I was always told in life you get what you earn. Well the 2.5 star rating should speak volumes about this dealership. If possible I would give them 0 stars. You have been warned, stay away! More

My Husband and I purchased our Sons 1st car recently. The customer service was phenomenal!!!! Our sales agent was Will Zee. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm welcome and assisted us with customer service was phenomenal!!!! Our sales agent was Will Zee. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm welcome and assisted us with a car that we fell in love with. Will and his wonderful Management team ( Jay and Dan) gave us the very best deal on this particular vehicle and we signed the deal. Will went above and beyond going over all the bells and whistles in the car with our Son, so he knew where everything was and how to operate the car. We are so satisfied and pleased with our experience and will be back in the near future to get my Husband his pick up truck!!! Sincere thanks to the entire team!! More
Brought my car for an ignition. Car broke down again in less than a month brought it back they changed it again. Car broke down again they said I needed a fuel pump ( put a brand new one in 2 months before less than a month brought it back they changed it again. Car broke down again they said I needed a fuel pump ( put a brand new one in 2 months before) so I bought one put it in car broke down again. Family told me to tell them they should have checked fuel relay. Turns out that’s what it was all along. So wasted money on fuel pump not to mention this has been going on for months. After all of that they broke the exhaust pipe and refuse to repair what they broke. More
