Drove to the dealership in my 2002 suburban with 325,000 miles on it, in search of a possible replacement. Will, my salesperson, listened to my needs and concerns, and assured me that the 2013 Silverado ex miles on it, in search of a possible replacement. I was pleasantly pleased with Vincent 's patience, knowledge and honesty. He knew I have some restrictions health wise & was in pain. Vincent offered to bring the cars I was interested in to me instead of me walking to each one. I can honestly say, no one has ever offered that to me before and I was extremely impressed. Vincent listened to all of the requirements I was looking for and provide me options to choose from. When I brought the car back to be detailed, he made sure the car was perfect, he even sent it back for the inside detail done to be corrected until it was perfect. He then took time to answer my questions and go over the car again with me. Vincent Luongo went above and beyond to ensure all of my needs were met. He is a huge asset to Chevy of Milford & deserves a raise. As a result of the exceptional service, I will send everyone I know to Chevy of Milford to buy a car. We have bought two cars through them one when they were owned by Saab and one under Chevy. We were happy with our service on the Saab but I was given the run around on repair work for our Saturn. The service department assumed that my repairs were not covered under the warranty we had bought which cost us two grand. I ask the service guy if he had called the warranty company to check if our problem was covered and he said he did. He lied to me and in the end if I hadn't called the warranty place myself I would have been left paying for the work they did myself. If your in the customer service business you should go the extra mile for your customer and not just assume something isn't covered. I will never buy or service another car there again. More

I must say, i went into this dealership not expecting to come out with anything. I was honestly like most people. Scared out of my mind, sweating bullets, ext. As soon as i met with Carl outside, i told him come out with anything. I was honestly like most people. Scared out of my mind, sweating bullets, ext. As soon as i met with Carl outside, i told him exactly what i was interested in, and we were off in a new 2013 Chevy Cruze LT test driving it. The process was smooth and laid back. He did not make me feel pressured one bit to do anything i did not want to do. After i made it clear i wanted the car, we ran the process, he went over my different payment options that were available to me, and i chose what i wanted to do that best fit my needs. After all that, i went home for an hr, and like that, i talked with Carl and i was approved through a bank loan for the new 2013 model. When i came back, i sat down with Jack, the finance guy, and everything went smooth. No pressure, although, i felt just a tad pressured into getting the "gap" insurance. I recommend to anyone, really let him explain the gap insurance in full, really think about it, and decide. I only did it as a peace of mind, and you will see what i mean. Although, he did do what he could to try and make it as least expensive as possible. I was very appreciative of that. Next thing i know, my new plates were put on, reg, insurance, all done in like an hr flat and i was off in my new car on the SAME DAY!!! Very pleased with this dealership. No waiting, no going to DMV, very smooth and quick process. Its so nice looking at my new Cruze in my parking lot now. Very happy and pleasant experience. More
