I was looking for a new Avalanche on line since they were discontining this model and there was a limited selection. I saw they had one with the right options. I contacted them and Steve Klebart called me ri discontining this model and there was a limited selection. I saw they had one with the right options. Steve was great taking care of the appointment for a test ride, (since we are from Long Island NY) The wife & I drove up, took the test ride with Steve and he explained all the features. We agreed on the price and he took care of all the details,setting up the delivery date, coming in on his day off and picking us up at the Bridgeport ferry to complete the sale. After looking through the sales lot, I concentrated on a particular Chevy Siverado. Within a minute or 2, my girlfriend & I were greeted by Steve. Knowing what I wanted, we went to the office to "talk dolla particular Chevy Siverado. Within a minute or 2, my girlfriend & I were greeted by Steve. Knowing what I wanted, we went to the office to "talk dollars." His price was approx. $750 LESS than another dealer I went to, so I agreed to purchase another vehicle in stock with EXACTLY the options I wanted, I receieved the truck Sat. morning, drove it for the weekend, but found the VIN on my paperwork did NOT match the VIN of my truck! A trip back to the dealership Monday mornig and within an hour, all numbers matched. Steve showed me his paperwork and ALL was correct. A clerical error after he submitted his paperwork had created th error/problem. This is the ONLY reason I rated "Quality of Work" as "OK" and does not reflect Steve's performance in any way. He is very friendly, courteous, and knows his veicles. I will recommend the dealership AND Steve to anyone intersted in purchasing a vehicle. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone.My buying experience was terrible overall.My sales person was great, very helpful and professional and that's where it stopped.I asked the finance manager Jack experience was terrible overall.My sales person was great, very helpful and professional and that's where it stopped.I asked the finance manager Jack Jr, he calls himself,if he could correct my middle initial on the contract from a W. to my correct initial and he corrected it with a pen and assured me that everything would be fine that the bank would make the correction and that there would NOT be a problem.Well that was over two months ago and my initial is still showing up on my account long-in as a W.This is not good because this will now appear as if I have applied for credit under another name and will be reported to the credit bureau as such.All because the know-it-all finance wiz was in too much of a hurry and/or to cheap to use another contract and correct my initial as I asked him.I contacted the bank last month and after talking to three different people I got in touch with someone who assured me that they would at least remove the incorrect initial from my account and that still has not happened yet.There has been no change, I am still looking at the wrong initial all because of a fast talking finance manager who couldn't wait for me to sign the contract and get me out of his office.Don't let this happen to you.If there is a mistake on your contract however small you think it is STOP everything and do NOT trust a fast talking ignorant finance manager who yes's you to death! I'm not happy. More

I have visited this dealership several times and the service they provide is wonderful. I originally purchased my vehicle from this location although i lived closer to two other dealerships in NY. Howev service they provide is wonderful. I originally purchased my vehicle from this location although i lived closer to two other dealerships in NY. However, the NY locations didn't have the vehicle that i was looking for and tried to force me into purchasing another vehicle and i did not like the way they were doing business. from start to finish the staff from the milford location made me feel at home, explained every phase of what we were doing and ensured that i was totally satisfied. I regularly get emails and phone calls from them checking on my car and making sure my service is up to date. i figured i could still go to the NY locations for service since they were closer. After receiving extremely poor service, very bad customer service and even being overcharged for work i decided to visit the CT location again. they were awesome! every person from the time you walk in just made me remember why i purchased my car from them and they always make it a good experience. It is worth it to me to drive 45mins when i need something done to my car and i want it done right. That distance is worth driving for great service. More
