Will was excellent to work with. His knowledge of the vehicle and his patience with our questions was superb. There was one thing that I found that was not a major issue but would like fixed. 1. My sirius XM free 3 month subscription is only the select package. I have / had in my old vehicle, which I traded issue but would like fixed. 1. My sirius XM free 3 month subscription is only the select package. I have / had in my old vehicle, which I traded in, the all access package. The sirius xm people told me to get my 3 months free, which why would I turn this gift down, I could not upgrade to my original package because the contract with the dealership only allows for the select package and they could not pro-rate my account and just give me a credit for the 3 months. Which during football season and as a Steelers fan is a big problem. I purchased the all access package in order to get all football games on the radio as well as MLB etc...... But the select package does not have NFL games. So now for three months the remainder of the football season I am without football in my new truck. The only other option which was given to me by the sirius xm customer service was to contact the dealership and have them upgrade my 3 month free trial account to get the NFL games which they told me that the dealership can do this and would have to call there provider to do so. And that in consideration of spending the thousands that I did on my new vehicle they did not believe this to be a problem for the dealership to do this for me. I guess I will see if anyone actually reads these things and maybe someone will follow through and set me up with the sirius xm package that I want. P.S. I did not bring this issue up to anyone at the dealership as I just found out about this issue today when setting up my Sirius XM radio. thank you and hope to hear from someone soon. I purchased two cars from Milford Chevrolet this week. An Equinox for my wife last Sunday and a Cruze for myself today. The customer service was fantastic.
