They are the worst! I had an appointment for the day I brought in my vehicle , I waited all day for them to tell me they didn't even look at my vehicle when I had a conf I had an appointment for the day I brought in my vehicle , I waited all day for them to tell me they didn't even look at my vehicle when I had a confirmed texted appointment, the manager said he thought I just dropped it off. . It took them 2 more days after that and they did not even finish the work they were suppose to do and told me it was all done, only to find out upon picking it up it wasn't. It gets even worse, they wanted 2400 to fix my manifold they said was leaking and 5600 dollars to fix the leak and replace my catalic converter in my exhaust system which they said had to be completely replaced. I had the exhaust system replaced less than 2 years ago and there was nothing wrong with it, and told me they had to do both in order to fix the leak, which of course I declined. . They also wanted to charge me 100 dollars times three to plug in a computer that analyzes what's wrong with the vehicle in order to remove the check engine light. They said each test is 100, I have had this done several times in the past and lot of places do this for free. The main reason I brought it in to them was to have the check engine light fixed which they refused to do without doing the entire exhaust system. Bottom line , I then took my vehicle to Pastir Automotive In Stratford and they told me the exhaust system only needed a couple of gaskets and they were able to get the check engine light off and fix my air conditioning system in one day for a few hundred dollars. Stay away from this dealer at 655 Bridgeport Ave. There service is beyond horrible and they are a complete ripoff. More

All in all the customer service and work was done to standard. I wasn’t satisfied about the over all price of the work. The total came out to $6,482.12 when it was all said and done. That seemed very excessive and not to mention that money was taken away from my daughter’s savings accounts which was heartbreaking for my wife and I. On top of it all my key was old and taped together and I was told my key would be taken care of, and it never was. I was never handed a new fob at the time of pick up. More
Absolutely horrendous, the one car I bought from them has been nothing but trouble. They put all the effort into avoiding their customers and none into satisfying them. This is a horrendous and despicable dealership.
