Great Oil Change The oil change was completed in the time promised. Drove in , greeting as I opened my car door. Disappointed w the minimal oil changes and free services included w/purchase - I’m sure that’s a Chevy thing but one free oil change when you’re spending big bucks is kinda crummy and cheap. Process was much quicker than in previous times. Hopefully once vehicle needs service, improvements have been made there. Problems in past. More
Ready On Time I was called by the dealership to arrange an appointment for service on my traverse. I picked a date and was told that they had a 7:30 slot open. I a I was called by the dealership to arrange an appointment for service on my traverse. I picked a date and was told that they had a 7:30 slot open. I agreed, but mentioned that I needed to have the car ready by 12:30 as I had a Dr.'s appointment that afternoon. I was told it would not be a problem and I bought the car in on the designated day. They were all very friendly and explained what would be done to my car. I again reminded them of the 12:30 pickup time and they said no problem. Well. it turns out that they called me at around 9:30 to tell me that my car was ready, I went and picked it up. The checkout process was quickly done and I was on my way. GREAT JOB GUYS!! I dealt with two ladies at the service checkin area and with another lady at the cashier's window, all were very, very, nice!! So sorry I didn't get their names. More

Really bad experience At Chevrolet of Milford my husband traded a 1999 Lexus to get a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu. 2 weeks later problem with the car. They (fixed it) not really because 3 weeks later much more problems and they ask me to spend around 1k to repair. Finally I called the bank to get the car because they didn't want to fix it. Very careful with them. More
