My 2010 chev Impala was having a problem with the blower motor---would not work properly through all ranges of speed, and the speed could not be changed with the control knob. Took the car into the shop on motor---would not work properly through all ranges of speed, and the speed could not be changed with the control knob. Took the car into the shop on a Friday, knowing that Fridays are a busy day, but Shannon took my problem down and said he would try his best to get it into a mechanic to trouble-shoot the problem. They offered me a ride home and the wait for a driver was very short, probably 10 min or so as he had not returned from assisting another customer. Called the shop about 4pm and was told that the car had been repaired and was ready for pickup. They were sending me the shop car to pick me up and it only took him about 10 min or so. The driver (Ken) was the best and very friendly to chat with along the way. Besides Shannon I chatted with Keith, Terry and Darrell Bosch, who are always friendly folks when i have a problem of some kind. Always good folks to do business with. More
