where do i start, I spoke to a salesman from Kupper Chevrolet about a vehicle they had for sale and told them that I will be trading in a vehicle as well, the salesman told me that he could not tell me Chevrolet about a vehicle they had for sale and told them that I will be trading in a vehicle as well, the salesman told me that he could not tell me the value of my vehicle without them seeing it , makes sense so I brought it to a local chevy dealership in MN by my house to find out what the value is. I told Kupper saleman what the local dealer trade in value was and he said that he can match that if not come close to it. so I drove six and a half hours to go make a deal with them and when I got there they offered me 4500 less. they said that my vehicle is in excellent condition but still offered me 4500 less. so I had to drive another six and a half hours and spent 250 dollars in gas and wasted my time. I WILL NEVER!! BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM More

It was a great experience and I was able to search for vehicles and get my questions answered before I was able to find time to visit the lot. The website had all the information I needed and even which location I could view the vehicles I was interested in. When I came to Kupper-Chevrolet to test drive a Jeep Patriot Sport, I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff. I got to meet Jay and worked with him as well as Corey Vincent. After a great test drive, I decided I wanted to see if I could purchase the vehicle. My main goal was to lower my monthly payments. After getting a great and fair value for my trade-in, I felt confident in moving forward. I was ready to get financing and this is where I met Brian Fried. He did a great job in ensuring Kupper was getting me the best payment possible since that was my main purpose and that’s what they delivered. I would highly recommend Kupper-Chevrolet to anyone who wants to get the best price on their new vehicle as well as any trade-in they may have. The staff is hard working, friendly and customer focused. During my experience I always received a few emails form the General Manger, Wade Huber. This was an added bonus as he made sure I knew if I wasn’t getting the service Kupper strives to provide, that I could contact him directly with questions and/or assistance. This is a great dealership and I’m very excited about my new Jeep as well as the remote car starter they’re installing for me. I called around to two other stores that sell and install these in Bismarck/Mandan. For the same model, Kupper offered the best deal by far. When they say they offer the best price, they mean it!
