Following multiple phone calls between Grand Forks and Mandan, ND, Mr. Braun had the vehicles ready for test-driving on the day I arrived back to Mandan... he even came in on his day off! I spoke with Mike Kapala and Royce Nelson and Im glad I did, because I was thinking of getting a base model Cruze and they informed me to get her the better model because it has better resale value and not only would my payments be cheaper but Id have a nicer model Cruze. Royce helped me pick out the perfect car for my wife and she loves it. Once I sat down with Mike Kapala the finance process was quick and easy. Royce got my car all ready for me and once it was cleaned up I sat in the vehicle with Nyk Edinger and he went over every detail of the entertainment/phone system with me which was beyond helpful because this car does soooooo many different things. He is very knowledgeable with all aspects of his position and was always very prompt at getting back to us with any questions we had. I was originally looking at a different car than the one we ended up purchasing. All the paperwork was already worked up for the deal, and I felt terrible that they had to re-do everything because I ended up changing my mind last minute. Erik assured me that it was no problem. He told me it was important to love what you drive, and I could change my mind as many times as I needed to until I was 100% satisfied with my vehicle of choice. I have purchased 5 program cars since 1998 for members of my family and myself and have always been completely satisfied. I use this dealership for oil changes and general maintenance as well as for anything that might come up. I purchased a 2013 Impala LTX as I needed a four-door vehicle that was "sporty looking" as well. On my first night of shopping I met Shannon Kost who took me through the lot showing me the sort of cars I was looking for. While I didn't find exactly what I was looking for, Shannon had shown me such a variety of options that I was able to know what I wanted to buy. Shannon was easy going and I never felt any pressure to have to buy something that I "had to settle for." He said he would check his resources and get back to me the next day. No immediate luck, but Shannon called each day to let me know what was available if anything. After a few days he called and told me about a red, Impala. Sounded like the real thing, and in a few days it arrived. We took a look and I knew this car was for me. I already knew the price and it was just a matter of a day to check it out, get it cleaned, and drive it home.
