Quick Lube Service In a nutshell, once you get through the goat rope of understanding the process to get in line for service, all went very well and I'm very pleased. H In a nutshell, once you get through the goat rope of understanding the process to get in line for service, all went very well and I'm very pleased. However, as a newcomer to using the Quick Lube opportunity at Kupper Chevrolet, I stopped outside, parked my vehicle and went inside to let them know I would like an oil service. The young lady welcomed me and told me to move my vehicle to Door #1. I went outside and immediately someone else pulled into that lane. I went back inside to ask what to do next and was told just to put my car at the end of the bays and someone would take care of it and to make sure my registration and keys were on the seat. As I was moving my car as directed, someone else (an employee) motioned me to move in front of Door #4, which I did and then went to the waiting room not knowing what the heck was going on. Eventually, someone came to me in the waiting room to discuss the inspection that had been performed on the car and then I was called to settle my bill. My question is: what are the rules for service? Is it who gets in a line to one of the bays; or who goes in to ask what to do. Seems like some direction is needed or a sign posted as to what the rules for service are. Guess it's first come into a line... More

They got it right! I stopped at Kupper with the family wanting to drive a new truck to see if it was what I wanted. I spoke with Al Braun and told him what I wanted and I stopped at Kupper with the family wanting to drive a new truck to see if it was what I wanted. I spoke with Al Braun and told him what I wanted and he made it happen. We got the accessories we wanted on our new truck and they were all installed by the time I went to pick it up. Al and the guys were so good to us. They weren't pushy like some places I've been to. I have to say that Kupper Chevrolet has an excellent team working there. I found MY dealership!
