It is probably a sign that my vehicles are in the shop too much but I am amazed that every time I come in the advisers recognize me and know me by name (Keith, Shannon, and Kevin). The service adviser I normally work with, Keith Hoffert, is always a tremendous help and never makes me feel like I am an idiot when I try to explain to him what I think is wrong with my vehicle. They always get me scheduled when it is convenient for me and get my vehicle back to me on time if not sooner than expected. I have never felt that they were trying to push a service on me and there have been times when I told them that I think something is wrong, such as my brake pads needing to be replaced, and they have told me that everything is still good. I would highly recommend Kupper's service department to anyone needing work done, especially service adviser Keith Hoffert. More

I had my heart set on a white diamond tricoat to match the Impala and could not locate one on the lot of many excellent choices. Gene never gave up on me though, He went back and searched and finally found that they indeed have one for me to make my own. We were treated so well by all the people we came in contact with during this process. There was not one person who didn't want to help us and to familiarize us with our new vehicles.
