Service work performed on vehicle I called to make an appointment to have something fixed on on my Traverse and was scheduled within a week. I then had the pleasure of working with Ke I called to make an appointment to have something fixed on on my Traverse and was scheduled within a week. I then had the pleasure of working with Kevin Kautzmann once I got there. Although everyone seems very friendly when one is walking around. He was very professional and took the time to see what the problem was on my vehicle. After he figured out what may needed to be fixed, he arranged a shuttle ride for me home. He said that he would get it done as fast as he could and give me a call when it was finished. Again he arranged a ride for me to come back and get it. I have had my car in for other things as well and recalls and everytime I have been in there, I have always felt like they were not trying to fix or sell me something that I did not need being a single woman. I like how they keep you informed throughout the whole process. As long as I have a Chevy, I will be their customer. Keep up the great work guys. More
