Just Overall Disappointment I bought a vehicle from Kupper in February of 2015. The vehicle is only 7 years old but didn't come with a spare set of keys. So they said they would I bought a vehicle from Kupper in February of 2015. The vehicle is only 7 years old but didn't come with a spare set of keys. So they said they would have a spare set for us in only a couple weeks. Well I finally got them in July 2015. So I thought I'd give them another chance and take another vehicle in for a front end alignment. The vehicle had a slight drift to the right. They came and told me it would be another $80 added onto the original $75 they charge for an alignment to make a few more adjustments. So I went through with it. $155 later and the vehicle still drifts to the right. I also had a few items in the back of the vehicle that I had organized nicely when I dropped the vehicle off. When I got it back, I don't know if someone wanted to take a little joy ride or get after it or what but my items were everywhere. And not just scattered, stuff was definitely tossed around. I usually give places two chances, well Kupper blew them both, so no more. Some friends are also looking for a good place to buy a new pickup, I'm sorry but I will not be recommending Kupper Chevrolet. More

Oil change and tire rotation I called the service department for an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 9:45 on Wed. June 17th. The Service Dept told me I didn't I called the service department for an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 9:45 on Wed. June 17th. The Service Dept told me I didn't need an appointment, just come in and wait in line to get it done quickly. I was in line by 9:45 that day and car was taken in for oil change at 10:07. At 10:40 I was told it was taken over for the tire rotation. My daughter called me at 10:50 and told me she was done with her medical appointment at a clinic in Bismarck. At 11:10 I was told they were having problems with another vehicle in tire rotation and it would take another hour to get the tire rotation done on my vehicle. Lee Ree (?) said they could take me to Bismarck to pick up my daughter and bring her back to Kupper's. I came 110 miles and didn't plan to spend the day waiting for car service. Needless to say the tires on my vehicle did not get rotated that day. It will have to wait until I have another reason to drive 110 miles Bismarck/Mandan. I hope to get a set time for the rotation and not wait in line. cjwen More
