Oil change and tire rotation I called the service department for an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 9:45 on Wed. June 17th. The Service Dept told me I didn't I called the service department for an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 9:45 on Wed. June 17th. The Service Dept told me I didn't need an appointment, just come in and wait in line to get it done quickly. I was in line by 9:45 that day and car was taken in for oil change at 10:07. At 10:40 I was told it was taken over for the tire rotation. My daughter called me at 10:50 and told me she was done with her medical appointment at a clinic in Bismarck. At 11:10 I was told they were having problems with another vehicle in tire rotation and it would take another hour to get the tire rotation done on my vehicle. Lee Ree (?) said they could take me to Bismarck to pick up my daughter and bring her back to Kupper's. I came 110 miles and didn't plan to spend the day waiting for car service. Needless to say the tires on my vehicle did not get rotated that day. It will have to wait until I have another reason to drive 110 miles Bismarck/Mandan. I hope to get a set time for the rotation and not wait in line. cjwen More

Major repair We where headed west on vacation from MN and broke down on 94, a courtesy car was sent out to pick up my wife and 2 boys while our truck and camper we We where headed west on vacation from MN and broke down on 94, a courtesy car was sent out to pick up my wife and 2 boys while our truck and camper were towed in. They were able to take a look at the truck right away and we were in for a major repair. They where able to get the truck fixed by the end of the next day. Dan was great to work with in the service department and to top things off Shannon borrowed us his truck so we were able to tow our camper to a local park and stay until the truck was fixed. They took very good care of us and we really appreciate the great customer service, something that is getting rare these days. Rest of the trip went great, thanks again. Excellent service I always rely on Kupper Chevrolet to keep my Impala safe for me to drive around my city and on the extended road trips that must occasionally be taken I always rely on Kupper Chevrolet to keep my Impala safe for me to drive around my city and on the extended road trips that must occasionally be taken. Last week provides an example of that. My car's warning system sent me a message that one of my tires was about to go flat--this on the morning I was leaving for an extended road trip. I headed straight for Kupper's, where service advisor Les Reiser, without hestiation arranged for the emergency inspection and repair of my tire. It turned out the tire was fine; however, Les's comments after the testing was complete helped to direct me to the steps I must now take to correct the system's error. So I went happily on my way, drove the 900 miles to and from my destination and arriived home safely this afternoon. I'm grateful that Les and and the Kupper staff are committed to their customers' safety on the road. . More
