Kupper Chevrolet Lube Department My 2014 diesel Cruze has 15,000 miles on it and has had 5 oil changes. For each oil change I have had to go back at least once, twice, three times or My 2014 diesel Cruze has 15,000 miles on it and has had 5 oil changes. For each oil change I have had to go back at least once, twice, three times or more. It would have been only 4 changes if not for the Kupper Lube Screw up. OIL CHANGE (1). I was told the oil had been changed, got home and the next morning it was leaking oil. Took it back over and was told it had not been changed because they did not have a filter, so they just put the plug back in and filled it with oil(Liars). Had to wait to get the leaky problem fixed until they got the filters ordered to change the oil. Trip three was to have the oil changed like it should have been to begin with. I am not finished after the final oil change there was oil leaking again the next morning so back to Kupper, was told they had forgot to wipe everything off, big joke. Oil change (2 ,3 and 4). Same story they had the filters but had to go back two and three times because of it leaking oil the next day, was always told that they just forgot to wipe it off, tall tales. Oil change (5). Same thing had to go back the same day again oil dripping really bad, was told the plug wasn't tight, so they tightened the plug, wiped it off and took it for a drive and was told all ok now. HUSBAND TAKES OVER. Next day oil still dripping, husband took it over they wiped it all off and said good to go, couldn't find the leak. Came back from 1500 mile trip and oil leaking quite profusely Husband put it on the hoist, and the oil is leaking from the plug. Back to Kupper he goes and shows them where the oil is coming from, but no plug so they had to order one, we are still waiting to get the call to have the plug replaced which should be Wednesday 8-18, hopefully. Meantime my car is leaking oil. One of your employees even told me to take it out on the road and hopefully the engine will blow. Crazy! So every time we were told it just hadn't been wiped off, they probably just made it tighter and eventually screwed it to tight and ruined the nut or maybe the threads on the oil pan. My husband said he will be standing there when the new nut gets put on, beware. Now the way I see it, the oil was not leaking when I took it over for the first oil change, whatever was done that day is what started this roller coaster, and each time it has been getting progressively worse. I bet a couple of comments on Face book, would get some results, let's get it fixed, I didn't buy this car to be driving back and forth from my house to your lube station. More

I dealt with Marvin at the Kupper Service Department who was extremely professional and easy to deal with. Both vehicles were taken in right away without a waiting period. They assessed the trouble on both vehicles and called letting me know what was going on before proceeding to fix them so that I knew what the trouble was and what the estimate was going to be. It's really nice to have heads up before going back to pick up your vehicle and you're wondering if what they did was necessary. Kudo's to the valet service! Nice to know that one can drop their vehicle off and will be able to get a ride to work or wherever. I lived in many different states and truly must say that this is one of the best service departments that I have dealt with. More
