Do not represent used cars correctly I bought an 08 Yukon and was told that it was serviced which it was not. I changed the font and rear differential oil which was way below level and bl I bought an 08 Yukon and was told that it was serviced which it was not. I changed the font and rear differential oil which was way below level and black. I was concerned about the transmission and transfer case and was told to bring it in , I did and was charged 360.00 to get those changed all of which was supposed to be done to start with. More

Great service Excellent as always in the service department, kept me informed the whole day what was going on , nice valet driver too! The only down side was when I walked over to the dealership side & saw the exact car on the floor that my husband has been telling me to look at. In fortunately the 2 salesmen must have met their quota that morning as neither one got off thei chairs to help me, I had a coffee cup in one hand & purse I the other I was asking a lot of ?'s about it & if I could look in the back , he said "yeh go ahead", it was locked! & so he had to get off his chair to help me open it, then we t back to visiting about Alaska to the other salesman. I just walked away, & Shannom witnessed them being there because he came to tell me the driver was ready for me, he is so nice! Honestly I would not buy a car from either one of those men. ! More
