Overall decent car buying experience I had an ok experience buying a nice truck from Kupper. Don't bother trying to negotiate even just a little bit. They won't budge. Then I tried to negotiate in a couple of accessories that the truck needed but again no go. So be prepared to buy the vehicle as is. Still got a nice truck at a fair price so I am happy. (Quick Lube is a joke) there is nothing quick about waiting an hour to see your vehicle just being pulled into the bay. Came in the day before and was told a 2 hour wait. Most people were very disgruntled in the waiting room with me. They turned away alot of potential oil changes due to the wait time. They have 4 bays but you never really see a whole lot of movement or hustle out of the employees. I would not take my truck there if I hadnt been given a few free oil changes for buying my vehicle there. They need to figure that out for sure. More
