Great service Excellent as always in the service department, kept me informed the whole day what was going on , nice valet driver too! In fortunately the 2 salesmen must have met their quota that morning as neither one got off thei chairs to help me, I had a coffee cup in one hand & purse I the other I was asking a lot of ?'s about it & if I could look in the back , he said "yeh go ahead", it was locked! & so he had to get off his chair to help me open it, then we t back to visiting about Alaska to the other salesman. I just walked away, & Shannom witnessed them being there because he came to tell me the driver was ready for me, he is so nice! Honestly I would not buy a car from either one of those men. ! More

Sales & Shop Service vs. Quick Lube My wife and I have been Kupper customers for many years and have purchased numerous new and used vehicles with excellent results. Keith Fiest is our My wife and I have been Kupper customers for many years and have purchased numerous new and used vehicles with excellent results. Keith Fiest is our salesman, he has always done a great job for us and we are very, very satisfied with his help. We have had service in the shop done when needed with again excellent results. But then there is Quick Lube......my wife recently took our 2014 Suburban (purchased new at Kupper from Keith) for and oil change and tire rotation. She did not make an appointment, but arrived in the early afternoon and was told that the wait would be 45 min to an hour to get it in. She decided to wait, but gave her keys to the attendant and sat down in the waiting room after parking off to the side. She watched as all bays were full and cars were pulled up to the doors outside. As a vehicle was pulled in for service, another would replace it at the door and a newly arrived one would pull in behind on the street. The result was that that her Suburban kept getting bumped back and was pulled in only when one of the doors was empty of a newly arrived vehicle......when the attendant visited with her, she said the Suburban would be next in line for the tire rotation, this would take about a half hour.......however, this resulted in an additional 1.5 hours of waiting. All together, my wife arrive at 2:05 PM and finally drove away at 5:45 PM....this is a very unacceptable wait, she was a very unhappy lady. Changes had better be made for customers who arrive and wait in the waiting room after parking their vehicle off to the side because of a lineup at the door. It is very hard to recommend this quick lube. More

Customer Service at Kupper Chevrolet I had my car in at Kupper Chevrolet in Mandan, ND, on Saturday, September 12, 2015, as it died on me on the highway. My brother in law towed me to Ku I had my car in at Kupper Chevrolet in Mandan, ND, on Saturday, September 12, 2015, as it died on me on the highway. My brother in law towed me to Kupper at 9 am that morning. I was met with a smile and lots of good customer service. My car was taken in right away. The problem was fixed and I had my car back the same day. Remember, it was Saturday. I would definitely recommend Kupper Chevrolet to anyone needing any work done on a car or truck to go to Kupper. Thank you, Chevrolet I have been purchasing New chevrolets at the Chevrolet dealership since 1970, when it was called Chase Chevrolet owner (Robert Chase) , Ivan Gandrud C I have been purchasing New chevrolets at the Chevrolet dealership since 1970, when it was called Chase Chevrolet owner (Robert Chase) , Ivan Gandrud Chevrolet owner( Ivan Gandrud), Ressler Chevrolet, owner ( Dave Ressler) and now Kupper Chevrolet owner ( Bob Kupper).The dealership has changed names a few times since 1970, Dave Ressler worked at the Chevrolet Dealership for about 18-20 years before he became the owner, When Dave Ressler purchased the dealership about 1988 , Bob Kupper was working there then. Now Bob Kupper is the owner. Many other employees that worked there at the dealership in 1970 are still working at the dealership today. One thing over the years that has never changed is the friendly employees and the outstanding service they provide to all customers. I have always received excellent service since 1970.
