As my wife puts on about 25000 miles a year, we thought maybe we should trade. I called Jason Knudson, who we have known for many years. He was on the road, but suggested talking with Jeremy Mertz. Jeremy was excellent to deal with! He was friendly and polite.They had a good price on their new car and gave us a very fair price for our trade in. Dealt with Pat Feist for accessories. He was great also. Kuppers was quite busy that day, but Jeremy did his best to get our deal done. It got late in the day, so we put a hold on the Equinox, and came back the next day. They had accessories installed, except a couple that had to be ordered, and the car was ready to go. Mike Kapla in the finance dept. is excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable. Overall, the people at Kupper Chevrolet are excellent to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone, either for sales or service. More
