Excellent customer service I was looking for a used vehicle 4x4 - 4 door truck. Looked and drove a couple of them. Kupper had the same model 2015 Silverado I've been living in since last purchase in 2005. Either guns or the fly rods are in the truck 24 seven 365 in the states or in Canada, pulling a 28 foot camper and or a 26 foot sailboat. As luck would have it ,Jeremy answered the phone and he is a sharp guy with a shared sense of humor and no hard sell. My wife who is the chair of the Williston High English department and teaches the speech and debate team was very impressed with his personalized YouTube video walking us through the truck. Long story short, I sent her to Mandan with the check yesterday and she was very well treated and I am enjoying the first day of the new truck in service. Never had an easier negotiation and transaction closing anywhere else in the state. I called Kupper Chevrolet and asked for the sales department, Jay Barchenger answered and we chatted about the 2013 Duramax they had listed on Bismanonline. Jay was able to answer all my questions and invited my wife and me to come down and take a test drive. When we arrived Jay met us and was very professional and genuinely interested in us as customers. we made and instant connection, he took the time to go over the features of the unit with us and made sure we understood all the bells and whistles on the layout of the dash. We went for a test drive and the rest is history. Jay and the staff at Kupper Chevrolet were extremely helpful and made sure our purchase and a few upgrades were easily accommodated in a smooth and speedy process. Jay also commented that our selection was the right choice for us and a good choice making us feel at ease about the money we spent. Outstanding Service We were on our way to the airport when our service light came on and we received a warning message to stop driving immediately. We were near the airport and when we parked, we called the Service Department. They were absolutely outstanding! They came to the airport and towed our vehicle to the shop and repaired it that day! Our plane ended up not flying that day as it also had mechanical issues, so the employee at Kupper came and got us so we could then pick up our vehicle. This is just one of the many excellent experiences that we have had with Kupper Chevrolet. From sales to service, Kupper is top notch and is always looking out for their customers.
