BUYING USED FROM KUPPER Had to order a used truck to get the one i wanted and they found me one right away that was a lease vehicle, which i was apprehensive to say the least Had to order a used truck to get the one i wanted and they found me one right away that was a lease vehicle, which i was apprehensive to say the least. I was told that they are in better shape because the lessee has to pay for damages when they turn in the vehicle so i went ahead and got the vehicle. That is when the lies started first they lied about how far away it was multiple times even after i corrected them saying it was 1000 miles away instead of 800 and sure enough when pickup showed up there was an extra 1000 miles on it. On top of that when vehicle showed up there was multiple dents on the body crack in the windshield and the leather was ripped. I should have walked away right then and there but was again assured by multiple salesman that all issues could be fixed to look like new and the windshield would be fixed or replaced because they cant sell a certified vehicle like that. Well the day came to get everything fixed and the repairs look horrible and was told the windshield had already been tried to repaired previously so i called the sales manager to go over the head of my salesman since they had been already less than helpful and was told and i quote "its a used truck its gonna have issues" going back on their word of what i was previously told and regardless of all the other 2015 trucks on their lot didn't seem to have these issues. There is absolutely no service after the sale once they have your money they could care less, I am still waiting for the salesman to call me back about the horrible repairs it's been two weeks and the other day he calls me and leaves me a message that they messed up on my paperwork with no mention of the repairs from him and need more info from me i guess customer service isn't the only thing they are horrible at. seems only thing they are good at is lying and going back on their word. More

Needed a safer car for our daughter. We have purchased all our vehicles in the last 10 years at Kupper Chevrolet. They are always able to find just the right vehicle for us. Last spring we purchased a Hyundai Elantra for our daughter as a graduation gift. Once winter hit, we found this was not an ideal vehicle in ND winters. We went back to our dealer, Jeremy Mertz, and told him we wanted a vehicle that would handle ND winter roads better for her safety and our peace of mind. He spent the morning test driving three vehicles with us on less than perfect roads and we found the car she felt completely comfortable and confident in. We now have more peace of mind with her on the road, and we were able to stay within our budget. Jeremy was excellent to work with! He has been our dealer previously and has actually moved to fleet services but helped us anyway! He understood our concern and wanted us to be confident with our decision.
