Worked with Josh Meyer, salesperson, at Kramer Chevrolet of Mandan, ND several weeks ago. The Toyota Tacoma we were looking at had been in a prior accident and the dealership was asking way too much for it. of Mandan, ND several weeks ago. The Toyota Tacoma we were looking at had been in a prior accident and the dealership was asking way too much for it. Oh, but they only wanted to offer way below Kelly Blue Book for my trade. Plus they had extra unnecessary fees added onto the price of the vehicle such as reconditioning fees, doc fees, and some fee that had to do with them maintaining the paint. Who cares on a used Toyota that's been in an accident. Kramer charges unnecessary fees and automatically adds them onto the price of the vehicle and then Josh the salesperson tells us that they are nonnegotiable and have to stay on the overall price which jacks the price of your purchase vehicle up by at least $1,000! Well, we emailed Josh pictures of our trade and took the time to do this which shows our vehicle in good condition. We live several hours from Kramer so we were not about to drive all of the way over there whenever email will do. They put their vehicle on the internet and you are supposed to take their word for it that it is a good vehicle. We did the same thing and Kramer couldn't give us the Kelly Blue Book trade in value for our vehicle. At this point, we stopped communicating with Josh Meyer as we realized Kramer Chevrolet had no interest in dealing fairly with the customer. If you are looking for a vehicle, don't look at Kramer Chevrolet. Look somewhere else as they will not give you fair value for your trade, they will add all kinds of unnecessary fees onto the price of the vehicle you are interested in, and their inventory is overpriced! More
