Typical slimy sales people and poor service Jim was very nice at check in, and Nate was extremely helpful in driving me down the straight as a courtesy while my car was being serviced. However, I was supposed to have my tires rotated and was told that they WERE rotated but they were not. I know this because of the TPMS sensors as well as that I have a leak in one of the tires and the leak is still in the same location as it was when I came in for service. This is in addition to the deception of one of their sales people, Aaron, a few months ago when him and I were talking deals and trade ins. It too bad when a used car salesman lives up to their stereotype. More

DAMAGED MY HOSES THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST DAYS EVER! AFTER CHECKING MY CAR, I BROUGHT MY CAR IN AND WAS TAKEN CARE OF BY MIKE DAVIS. I WAS HAVING A SLOW LEAK PR THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST DAYS EVER! AFTER CHECKING MY CAR, I BROUGHT MY CAR IN AND WAS TAKEN CARE OF BY MIKE DAVIS. I WAS HAVING A SLOW LEAK PROBLEM WITH MY COOLANT. AFTER WAITING FOREVER AND A DAY, I WAS TOLD ALL MY HOSES WERE SOFT AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. ALONG WITH WATER PUMP, RADIATOR, ETC.... ESTIMATING A TOTAL OF $2,000! WHAT TYPE OF BULLSH*T IS THAT! NOT TO MENTION THE $127 I WAS CHARGED. AFTER DECLINING SEVERAL TIMES THEY FINALLY GAVE UP AND SAID MY CAR WAS READY. WHEN I GOT HOME I SAW COOLANT LEAKING LIKE A FIRE HYDRANT. I OPENED THE HOOD AMD SAW THAT TWO OF MY HOSES HAD BEEN DAMAGED INTENTIONALLY. KEEP IN MIND THERE WAS A SLOW LEAK, NOT A FIRE HYDRANT. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT HOMEWOOD CHEVROLET PUT MY CAR IN MORE DANGER, BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY MY LIFE! MY ENGINE OVERHEATED AND I HAD TO GET SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX THIS PROBLEM! AND DIDN'T SPEND OVER $100! I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED AND NEED MY $127 BACK! More

Impala Transmission Garage I bought Impala and transmission went out within a year. Took it back they fixedly the problem, well I thought within another year same problem happen I bought Impala and transmission went out within a year. This the problem instead of replacing the transmission they replaced a part with this being said my warranty was very short verse replacing transmission and getting a 3 year extended warranty. I paid over $15,000 for garbage vehicle. More

Engine gone bad I own a 2013 chevy equinox. Homewood is not my original place of purchase,however, since my date of purchase in 2013 I've been getting my oil changed I own a 2013 chevy equinox. Homewood is not my original place of purchase,however, since my date of purchase in 2013 I've been getting my oil changed by the Homewood Dealership. I learned the days ago that my engine went out. Phillips chevy said that it was due to bad oil /non maintenance of oil. I went to Phillips to take a look at the engine and it was covered with a thick black mud - like substance. The service guy said that was burnt oil buildup. I retrieved all of my on time oil change receipts for the past three years! Long story short. ...Homewood had not been changing my oil properly and/or using bad oil. Got the engine replace under manufacturer warranty. I also called to cancel my extended warranty with Homewood and the finance guy was rude and annoyed. Did not listen. ... More
