Typical slimy sales people and poor service Jim was very nice at check in, and Nate was extremely helpful in driving me down the straight as a courtesy while my car was being serviced. However, I was supposed to have my tires rotated and was told that they WERE rotated but they were not. I know this because of the TPMS sensors as well as that I have a leak in one of the tires and the leak is still in the same location as it was when I came in for service. This is in addition to the deception of one of their sales people, Aaron, a few months ago when him and I were talking deals and trade ins. DAMAGED MY HOSES THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST DAYS EVER! AFTER CHECKING MY CAR, I BROUGHT MY CAR IN AND WAS TAKEN CARE OF BY MIKE DAVIS. ESTIMATING A TOTAL OF $2,000! WHAT TYPE OF BULLSH*T IS THAT! NOT TO MENTION THE $127 I WAS CHARGED. AFTER DECLINING SEVERAL TIMES THEY FINALLY GAVE UP AND SAID MY CAR WAS READY. WHEN I GOT HOME I SAW COOLANT LEAKING LIKE A FIRE HYDRANT. I OPENED THE HOOD AMD SAW THAT TWO OF MY HOSES HAD BEEN DAMAGED INTENTIONALLY. KEEP IN MIND THERE WAS A SLOW LEAK, NOT A FIRE HYDRANT. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT HOMEWOOD CHEVROLET PUT MY CAR IN MORE DANGER, BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY MY LIFE! MY ENGINE OVERHEATED AND I HAD TO GET SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX THIS PROBLEM! AND DIDN'T SPEND OVER $100! I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED AND NEED MY $127 BACK! More
