I'm very pleased with the service provided at Chevy of Homewood. I didn't think that it was possible that they could get the payments down to where we needed them to be. Today I was disappointed by the service department. I was scheduled for an early morning appointment. I arrived promptly at the alloted time and was turned away. Upon purchasing my vehicle, I wasnt inf was scheduled for an early morning appointment. I arrived promptly at the alloted time and was turned away. Upon purchasing my vehicle, I wasnt informed that I needed a "we owe" slip for installation of a remote starter. I was only informed to make an appointment to have my car serviced and everything would be hassle free. So you can imagine my shock when I'm being grilled by the head Mike for paperwork; I hadn't been presented during the purchase of my vehicle. It took 30 minutes for my paperwork to be drawn up by the dealership. After presenting the head Mike with proof of purchase (for keyless starter); I was informed I'd need to reschedule. I think customer service from the service department is lacking and needs improvement. If a customer shows up for an appointment on time. It is a disservice to dismiss and demand a rescheduling for another day. It doesn't show that you value your customers time, nor display professionalism when there are discrepancies. Overall, I love the dealership however the service department leaves alot more to be desired. Hopefully it's something that can be taken seriously and worked on for the near future. More

Horrible Service. I scheduled for maintenance for a car that I have had for years. They refused to service my vehicle. I wasted time and gas driving there just so they I scheduled for maintenance for a car that I have had for years. They refused to service my vehicle. I wasted time and gas driving there just so they can turn me away... I have been a loyal customer for years now. It makes no sense and is unacceptable. I have never seen such neglect and apathy in a chevrolet service department.... I would not recommend this dealership, especially if your looking to service a sports car. More
First, I would like to state that Jake West was a great salesman young and professional and seemed somewhat interested in getting the sale. He's the only one who decided to intoduce themselves to me so he's the individual I'll go with. I came into the dealership after seeing an advertised 2014 ford fusion for $8,900 with 77,000 miles. I liked the car and had no intentions on seeing anything else. I was ready and willing to pay $9500 out the door for this car. Initially my girlfriend and i had to talk about it so i left and returned a few days just to see what financing would be like so that i could try to keep some money in my pocket. This is when it seem like the FINESSE started. So im unemployed due to covid but that's fine i have bank statements, $1600 biweekly from unemployment, a return to work letter for next week, and whatever down-payment they could ask for because i was Initially going to pay for it in full. My credit isnt great. 541 and i have a repo from 10 years ago( when i was 18) so i didnt mind paying a slightly higher interest rate. The salesman Jake came out with a deal from the finance group $440 monthly and $3500 down 48 month lease By my calculations $440×12= $5280 + $3500 = $8780 (price of the car) They legit wanted me to pay for the car in one year and then get 3x financing off of me. I never been so disrespected in my life. So then I'm like im not going for the financing I'll pay $9700 O.T.D then they rebuttled with a $10,700 so im like no $9700 then was offered 10,300 final offer so im like no $9700 then they were like 10k lowest like $300 was too much of a hassle. I countinue to say they however i only spoke with Jake he was the middle man no management interaction. No better deal nothing just yea we need all of the profit. More

Awesome dealership. I had a great experience at Chevrolet of Homewood. I was looking for a Chevrolet traverse but it was well over my budget. Daniel Reyes the sales assoc I had a great experience at Chevrolet of Homewood. I was looking for a Chevrolet traverse but it was well over my budget. Daniel Reyes the sales associate at Chevrolet of Homewood was able to work with his manager and me. And I was able to drive off with a new 2020 Chevrolet equinox that was affordable for budget. If anyone is looking for a new affordable vehicle then Chevrolet of Homewood is the place to get a new Chevy. More
