Told me I couldn’t use my friends and family discount because I wasn’t trading my vehicle in. After getting through that issue, they made me finance a certain amount. By the time financing was finished, it was closing time. I was only offered the option of showing me how to pair my phone with the vehicle. No other offer on how the other options worked on my car. A week after buying the car, I noticed the bars on the bottom of the seats were pitted and weren’t a solid black color. I sent a picture to my sales rep. Ended up talking to someone in service. He was going to look into it and get back with me. Never heard back from him. After trying several options to get this resolved, got back with my sales rep. After a couple of messages, he got back with me and told me to go to the nearest dealership. All I was asking for was a bottle of black touch-up paint and I would take care of it myself. Left him another message asking if they paint was put in the mail, and still no response. I asked to speak to the owner, but no one would connect me to him or offer his email. Lastly, my 90-day permit just expired. I was told I would be receiving something in the mail, but wasn’t clear what I’d be receiving. Left two different people two messages each. It took three days to hear back from one of them. More
